1.1 Use of sound material

All sound material on this website is copyright protected. Avosound is the owner unless stated otherwise. Avosound is the representative rights owner for all other labels. In order to use the audio material, you need to purchase a license. You will receive a license when you buy a sound file. The purchase, however, does not guarantee you the right to the individual sound, but only to its use according to the license agreement.

No matter whether a sound file is presented in its original quality or in lower resolution, its use without a license is illegal and will be prosecuted by law. Moreover, it is unfair towards the label to use sounds illegally.

1.2 Use of demo material

Demo material on the Avosound website is cleared for use based on the license agreement for end users and may be used in productions without further notification. The rights to the sounds, however, remain with the respective label.

Any other use is not allowed without prior written consent from Avosound.

1.3 Use of data-reduced sound material

The terms of use of an audio file are independent of its resolution. An audio file in a data-reduced sound format is covered by the same rights and terms as sound material in its original resolution.

In a nutshell: all downloadable sound material on the Avosound website (including files from SFX products) requires a license for use.

1.4 Visual material

All visual material is copyright Avosound. Rights to any visual material from actual produced content are held by the respective labels.

1.5 Use of visual material

Any visual material of products may be used, but not changed in any way without further notification. Visual material used as backgrounds or in tutorials is copyright Avosound and Deep Ocean Blue (artist).

No images may be used for commercial purposes without prior consent from Avosound.

1.6 Texts

Descriptions of products are the property of the individual sound FX labels or Avosound. All texts in the tutorials are written by Avosound. These may be used in part for private purposes.

No text may be used for commercial purposes in its entirety without prior consent from Avosound.

1.7 Source Codes

All source texts on the Avosound website are copyright Avosound. No source texts may be used for commercial purposes without prior consent from Avosound.

In order to process payments, information must be shared with the payment service provider so that transactions can be done, as well as for complaints, repayments and troubleshooting.

All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Paypal. Avosound stores only details of the payment services regarding the respective transactions. Payment information such as credit card numbers or other related data will be processed solely through the payment services.
