Multi-User Licenses for Clients with two or more Users

When more than one (1) person needs access to a sound archive, YOU need a multi-user license. The multi-user license allows a number of people to use the original sound material for audio-visual productions.

Multi-user licenses are aimed at clients with two or more users of a sound archive or access to an audio server that is part of a network.

If you would like to use your sound archive this way, you will need to acquire a multi-user license for your network and the number of people that need access to it.

The fees for a multi-user license are based on a number of criteria:

• Sound Archives you already own and/or would like to purchase
• Number and type of users and nature of access/use
• Duration of license (annual, 3 years, 5 years)

Multi-user licenses consist of an overall annual or triannual fee that covers the following elements:

• Use of your existing archive
• Use of an individual add-on that is custom-designed for the requirements of your application

Generally speaking, clients who purchase multi-user licenses are production studios who employ at least two people, schools/universities/educational institutions as well as major media corporations with thousands of users.
